Once inside the gates, you will be greeted by many service/food vendors. Some of the booths were giving away free gifts such as pens, notepads, reusable shopping bags, mugs and even balloons.
The men in the photos are victims of war. Some of them lost their limbs fighting for our freedom while others were just unfortunate bystanders. It’s ironic but these are the people who are lucky because they survived. How lucky are they really to be stuck helpless, be a burden to their friends/families and to be heavily dependent on their caretakers? While no money amount can get back their forever lost livelihood, we as fortune people can ease their pain and help their families by making a donation to the organizations that help people like them. Just remember no donation is too small. Please help the truly needy.
Miss Ngoc Thuy was reporting on this event while Mr. Quoc Bao waited for her.
Near the front of the stage, the men and women in uniform were lining up and getting ready.

The Hoa-Hau and A-Hau’s were given the honor of standing front and center.
The writings in the sky was made possible by Skytyper, a company based in Las Vegas.
The best seats were the ones in the shade. That is why it’s always good to come early.
The flags were raised in honor of our countries.
Incense was lit to pay respect to the fallen soldiers of Vietnam.
The first few rows were reserved for the elderly.
A view from one of the booths.
Underneath the VS Realty & Loans Financial Services tent, Mr. Linh Nguyen kindly offered us water, mugs, and a reusable shopping bag filled with other goodies.
Mr. Linh Nguyen (far right) is not only a realtor but also a dedicated long-time sponsor/supporter of the Hoa-Hau Ao-Dai Bac Cali pageant. He’s also the proud owner of Paloma restaurant inside the Century Mall on Story Road.
Beloved pageant big sister, Queenie Huyen Tran was there to escort and show the girls around.
Look at what we’ve found at Mr. Linh’s booth? The next Hoa-Hau Ao-Dai pageant is quit a time away, but time does fly so make sure you keep that day free and attend the pageant. Tickets always sell out fast so make sure to reserve yours right away.
Mr. Linh’s brother owns Viet Beaty magazine. Here the girls are looking through the pages and spotting a few of their pageant sisters in some of the editorials.
Our sponsors have always helped us throughout the years. The least we can do back is help promote their business.
Free balloon were given away.
